A new 6 a side tournament set in a lovely location, the Jersey Ladies tournament offers teams a perfect opportunity to finish the season in style.

Jersey

The Channel Island of Jersey lies 100 miles from the south of England and just 14 miles from the coast of France. Jersey offers a blend of British and French influences, a fascinating and complex history, and a stunning coastline and landscape.

The Jersey coastline features majestic cliffs, exposed bays, sandy beaches and rocky coves with fantastic vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Inland, you'll find lush valleys, unspoilt countryside and cosy village inns.

The island's capital, St Helier, offers tax free shopping , fine restaurants and a lively nightlife with a range of clubs and late night bars to suit all tastes.

Outline Itinerary

Fri 17th April:	Teams arrive in Jersey to be met and transferred to your hotel. Rest of day free in St Helier to enjoy the many attractions, bars, restaurants and nightlife.
Sat 18th April:	Optional arrival day. Free time for training or sightseeing. Relax at your hotel, visit a spa or take an island tour around Jersey.Â
Sun 19th April:	Transfer to the award winning Le Quennevais Sports Centre for the Jersey Ladies Football Festival. After the tournament there is a trophy presentation before returning to the hotel.Â
Mon 20th April:	Teams depart for the airport or port for your return journey.

Price includes

3* hotel accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis. Transfers to / from your point of arrival and tournament transportation from your hotel. Participation in the 5th Jersey Ladies Football Festival, services of ISL and States of Jersey throughout your stay.

Team Entry fee is Â£50.

By Sea

Condor Ferries (www.condorferries.co.uk) provide a low cost option of travelling to Jersey. Relax on board and enjoy the cafe bar, duty free and lounge areas.

Sail from Poole, Weymouth or St Malo on the fast sea cat or from Portsmouth on the traditional ferry.

Accommodation

The modern 3* Mayfair Hotel in St Helier is located a 2/3 minute walk from the centre of Jersey's capital and it's shops, restaurants and nightlife, and a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach at Havre de Pas.

Facilities at the hotel include an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room, gym, coffee shop, roof top sun terrace, 24 hour room service and free wireless internet. The cordiale lounge bar serves a good selection of local and international beers and with a big screen TV showing football and other sports, is a popular meeting point.

Rooms are twin bedded with en-suite facilities, TV, tea and coffee facilities. Triple rooms are also available if preferred. Single rooms can be provided at a supplement.

For extra luxury we offer the fabulous Royal Yacht hotel on the seafront at St Helier at a supplement of Â£30 per person per night.

Within the Royal Yacht Hotel there are several bars, nighclub, a luxury spa, fully equipped gym and heated indoor swimming pool, plus three restaurants.

All rooms are luxury twin bedded with contemporary design, flat screen satellite TV, free wi-fi, mini bar, safe and 24 hour room service.

Football

International Sport and Leisure, together with the Sport, Leisure and Recreational
Department of the States of Jersey and the Jersey Tourist Office, are pleased to
confirm that the Jersey Ladies Football Festival will take place on Sunday 19th April 2015.

All matches will be played at Le Quennavais Sport Centre, Jersey. There are four
beautifully manicured full size pitches on this modern, attractive complex, which
also boasts swimming pool, bar, cafe and other recreational facilities. Le Quennavais
is situated just over 4 miles from the capital of St. Helier. All sections of the Jersey
media will again be covering the event, including the newspapers, radio and television.

Social Programme

Welcome meeting on day of arrival, opportunities throughout the weekend to
mix with other teams and players from the UK and locally.
